Before you purchase you should know

Host Device	Please confirm that your USB-C device supports "Display Port Alternate Mode" video output and USB Power Delivery, or please confirm with us.
On Mac devices	MAC OS system can't support the MST feature. Mac OS through HDMI and VGA ports can only extend 2/3 monitors with the "same screen contents" but different with the laptop display content.
100W Charging	The power adapter is not included in the package. Please use the wall charger of your laptop to connect the PD port. Please be aware that the host device will not receive exactly 100W, as the hub itself uses about 8W.
4K Display	For Windows system, 4K picture is shown only when single HDMI is connected, otherwise, the picture’s resolution is 1080P. But for the Mac system, 4K picture is displayed when single or dual HDMI is connected.
Compatibility	For compatible models, please refer to the “User Guide” of Product guides and documents below. If your laptop is not in the list, please let us know, we are happy to help you check if the adapter is suitable for your device.
